Inclusion, listening, and commitment: the JMI Group takes action for disability
The JMI Group places inclusion at the heart of its values. Because everyone has a place in the company, the integration of people with disabilities is a major social project for the JMI Group in 2025.
With more than 1,700 employees and a wide range of professions, from agri-food production to logistics, engineering, maintenance, and support functions, the JMI Group is rich in diversity. Our ambition today is to take this approach further by making the employment of people with disabilities a priority.
Behind this commitment lies a clear desire to promote a professional environment where skills take precedence over differences and where every employee can express their potential.
A dynamic already underway
The Group’s commitment is already concrete, with the appointment of a dedicated disability representative: Anne-Soleyne Lamartinière is the main point of contact on this subject. She listens to employees to answer their questions, provide guidance, or simply discuss needs or ideas to advance inclusion.
What next?
The next steps will be defined collectively, in collaboration with social partners, managers, HR teams, and volunteer employees. This groundwork will enable us to develop our practices, recruitment, support, and corporate culture.
Whether visible or invisible, disability should never be a barrier to professional fulfillment. By working together, we will create a more welcoming, fair, and humane work environment.
