#PresentYourCompany
Can you introduce yourself?
Julie Doisneau, HR Manager for France at Groupe JMI.
After earning a degree in English and spending a few years in Australia, I began my HR career in recruitment, then quickly became interested in payroll and social management.
I worked for over 15 years as an HR Manager, particularly in the aerospace and agri-food sectors. I’ve always had a strong interest in the industrial sector.
I joined Groupe JMI to professionalize the HR function and establish a social connection among all the Group’s stakeholders (employees, managers, HR, etc.).
Can you introduce JMI in a few words?
I work for JMI, which is the holding company of Groupe JMI. The Group consists of over 20 companies operating in the seafood and cold chain sectors. JMI’s role is to manage and strengthen the ties among the Group’s companies.
What do you think is JMI’s strength?
JMI’s strength lies in the diversity and expertise of the Group’s activities.
What do you like most about the company?
The overall JMI team, made up of motivated and caring individuals.
One word to describe JMI?
Attention: JMI serves the Group’s entities and ensures their smooth operation.
Your best memory at JMI?
I’ve been with the company for a short time, but generally, I enjoy every convivial moment that helps build connections. These moments reflect the human values that are integral to the Group.
If Groupe JMI were an object, what would it be?
It would be a “Swiss Army knife” because JMI adapts to the needs of each Group entity and ensures efficiency! 🙂
